Finally, A Sandwich

Look alive, sandwich nerds, we have an honest to goodness sandwich on our hands.


Tomatoes, spinach, eggplant hummus, and avocado on toasted ciabatta. DEAL WITH IT.

I hope the sandwich isn't as aggressive as this post; I'm still recovering from the "salad sandwich" several posts back, for which I used all expired ingredients.
