This is a caprese egg sandwich I made for breakfast this morning.Onion
Garlic
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper
Tomato
Basil
Mozzarella
Parmesan
I pressed it in our grill pan. Here is a fact: Having a grill pan will increase the quality of your sandwich-making by approximately a zillion percent. The thought of making a sandwich without the possibility of grilling it is like hearing a sad story that I can't imagine could ever have been true.
(p.s. Yes, I will continue include "sandwich" as a tag on all posts about sandwiches [all posts].)
