This is a caprese egg sandwich I made for breakfast this morning.
Onion
Garlic
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper
Tomato
Basil
Mozzarella
Parmesan
I pressed it in our grill pan. Here is a fact: Having a grill pan will increase the quality of your sandwich-making by approximately a zillion percent. The thought of making a sandwich without the possibility of grilling it is like hearing a sad story that I can't imagine could ever have been true.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that this was on TJ's cracked wheat sourdough.
Those are some fantastic grill marks. Great sandwich.
