Today I made a sandwich consisting of jamon serrano, roasted tomatoes, a Basque raw sheeps' milk cheese whose official name escapes me, and arugula on ciabatta. I wrapped it up and brought it to work, so no word just yet on how it turned out. Tune in later for the results!
